Yes! I offer consultations online across Australia, or in-person at my lovely clinic in Burleigh Heads, QLD. Once you’re booked, I’ll email you the clinic address or your video call login details.

I recommend regular follow-ups in the first few months to monitor your progress and adjust your plan. As you start to feel better, we’ll move to less frequent maintenance check-ins. I’m here for as little or as long as you need.

Yes, when prescribed by a qualified naturopath. I create bespoke herbal remedies in my in-house dispensary, tailored to your unique needs, medications, and health status.

No referral is needed to see me, but I can work alongside your GP or other healthcare providers if required.

I completely understand that life can get busy. As a small practice, my time is dedicated to each client, so late cancellations can make it difficult for others to access care.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so your spot can be offered to someone else. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a 50% fee, and no-shows are charged 100% of the consultation fee (I will always consider individual circumstances).
Please note that private health funds do not provide rebates for missed or cancelled appointments.

Initial consultations are $220, and follow-up appointments are $150. Payments are made securely online at the time of booking via credit card. If you prefer to pay by EFT, please email me at lisa@solissenaturopathy.com.au.
