My mission is simple: to help women take back control of their hormones and reclaim their wellbeing.
I know there’s another way beyond the oral contraceptive pill, and with the right guidance and tools, I can support your body to heal, re-balance, and thrive.
My approach to naturopathy is evidence-based, compassionate, and completely judgment-free. I work through three key pillars: first, supporting your nervous system, because true healing can’t begin until your body feels safe; next, addressing gut function, recognising its profound influence on hormones, mood, skin, and digestion; and finally, focusing on nutrition and lifestyle, the everyday habits that shape how you feel. Where needed, I create bespoke herbal remedies and prescribe nutraceuticals from my in-house dispensary to provide targeted, natural support.
I believe the smallest, most practical changes often create the biggest impact. My goal is never to restrict or overwhelm you, but to craft realistic, lasting strategies that fit seamlessly into your life.
The name Solisse (pronounced “SO-LEASE”) reflects my philosophy of balance, vitality, and holistic wellbeing.
Sol represents the sun, a symbol of energy, life force, and natural rhythm. It nourishes both the body and the healing power of plant medicine, much like balanced hormones bring harmony and vitality to your whole being. Lisse is a playful nod to me, Lisa, known as Lis to my friends and family, a reflection of the warmth and genuine care I bring to my practice. I’m here to walk beside you, offering support and encouragement as you navigate your journey to balance and wellbeing.

Meet your naturopath
Hi, I’m Lisa (BHSc Nat)
I’m a degree-qualified naturopath, trained in herbal medicine and clinical nutrition and combining over 20 years of experience supporting women in the health and wellness space as a skin therapist with a strong belief in the body’s innate capacity to heal through natural, evidence-based care.
Since my teenage years, I experienced debilitating PMS, low moods, headaches, breast tenderness, decision fatigue, and constant overthinking. Each month felt like an emotional rollercoaster, affecting my relationships, energy, and overall wellbeing. I was told it was “normal,” and the only options offered were the pill or antidepressants. Then I discovered naturopathy. I’m living proof that this powerful modality can help modulate hormones, calm the nervous system, and make hormonal symptoms far less disruptive.
In my 30s, I was diagnosed with Endometriosis after an emotional journey of trying to conceive naturally for over two years. I embarked on IVF treatment, and my husband and I were blessed with our first child.
Fast forward to now, and I’m navigating the peri-menopause wave, embracing this new chapter with curiosity, humor, and lots of self-care! Experiencing these hormonal shifts firsthand has deepened my passion for supporting women through all stages of hormonal health.I understand the depth of despair that comes with struggling to conceive or coping with painful periods, heavy periods and pre-menstrual anxiety. I’ve been there, and I see you.

Allow up to 10 minutes for this call, a simple, no-pressure way to explore your options and take the first step toward hormonal harmony.

Your first consultation is a comprehensive review of your health, where we’ll explore nutrition, lifestyle, medical history, and the function of key body systems. I take the time to understand your unique body and health story through detailed case-taking. Where indicated, I may recommend referrals for pathology or functional testing to gain deeper insight.
By the end of our session, you’ll receive a personalised treatment plan tailored to your needs. This may include herbal medicine, supplements, nutritional and lifestyle recommendations, and practical strategies to support your healing. My focus is always on creating a plan that feels achievable, supportive, and aligned with your goals, so you feel empowered and confident as you take the next steps toward optimal health.
Duration: Allow up to 90 minutes for this appointment.

Follow-up consultations give us the chance to review your progress, assess lab or pathology results if needed, and fine-tune your treatment plan. Healing isn’t linear, it’s a journey with ups and downs, so regular check-ins in the first few months help us stay on track and make adjustments along the way. I’m here for as little or as long as you need.
As you start feeling your best, we transition to less frequent maintenance check-ins, providing ongoing support for your long-term health goals. My aim is to help you feel energised, confident, and equipped with the tools to continue thriving on your own. With consistent guidance and realistic strategies, lasting results are absolutely achievable.
